Iman is a third-year undergraduate student at Toronto Metropolitan University studying Business and Technology Management, with a main focus on data innovation and research. She is particularly interested in how data-driven technology can improve decision-making in areas such as user experiences and operational improvement.
In joining as a Research Assistant with the CMIC Lab, she is passionate to expand her skillset through supporting data collection, research preparation, and monitoring participation interactions in studies that explore human behaviour. Through this experience, she is developing a deeper understanding of research ethics, data analysis, and interdisciplinary approaches to studying human psychology.
In the future, Iman aspires to pursue a career in data analytics while continuing research that focuses on ethical technology design and user-centered innovation.
