Bachelor of Arts in Psychology

Anastasia is a third-year Psychology student at Toronto Metropolitan University, minoring in Sociology and Philosophy. Her academic interests centre on clinical psychology, personality change, and cognitive processes, particularly how internal belief systems and social environments interact to shape behaviour and emotional regulation over time.

Anastasia is currently a research assistant in the Computer-Mediated Interpersonal Communication Lab, where she contributes to two ongoing projects. Through this role, she has gained hands-on experience in participant recruitment, lab setup, and data collection, while strengthening her understanding of ethical research practices and collaborative lab work. She looks forward to continuing to expand her research skills within the lab environment.

Following her undergraduate studies, Anastasia plans to pursue graduate training in Clinical Psychology, with the goal of integrating research and applied practice to better understand and support meaningful psychological change.
