You don’t need to wait for the official start of winter to enjoy some wintery fun, especially at TMU.

This year’s Frost Festival brought hundreds of students, faculty and staff outside to celebrate the festive season and the end of fall semester classes.

Photographer Alyssa K. Faroro captured photos of the festivities. Take a look and see if you can spot your friends – or yourself!

Our very own TMU Superstars brought joy and laughter to Gould Street. TMU student Stanley Siu (left) played the classical guitar to kick off the festival. Later in the afternoon, TMU alum Carina Bianchini (right) brought warmth and colour to a chilly day on campus.

It wouldn’t be a festival without good food. Blazac’s tent was a crowd pleaser with gourmet hot chocolate and hot apple cider. SugarPop’s freshly made cotton candy was also a big hit.
