Date
May 07, 2026
Time
12:00 p.m. - 1:30 p.m. ET

Join us for a session with TMU alumna Anna Zheng as we explore the intersection of interior design and holistic well-being. From the air we breathe and the light we work by to the deeper psychological layers of community and culture, our surroundings play a silent but powerful role in our daily lives.

In this session, we will:

Unpack the "Physical Layer": Understanding how light, sound, and ergonomics impact productivity.

Explore Cultural Perspectives: Looking at how diverse Asian contexts have historically approached well-being and how these ideas translate to the modern workplace.

Actionable Takeaways: Identify small, meaningful changes you can make to your own workspace to improve your day-to-day experience.Whether you're working on campus or from a home office, come discover how intentional design can help us feel more grounded, connected, and energized.
