The Future of Disability Justice and Post-Secondary Education: What is Being Done and What Still Needs to Happen?
Join us for a student-led conference featuring open, thoughtful discussion about disability, accessibility, and inclusion in post-secondary education. This event brings together students, faculty, and staff to engage in meaningful conversations about disability justice and the evolving landscape of accessibility in post-secondary education. Through panel discussions and collaborative dialogue, participants will reflect on the progress achieved and identify the work still required. Grounded in the principle of “Nothing About Us Without Us,” this conference centers voices and experiences while inviting the wider university community to help shape a more inclusive future. We encourage all faculty, staff, and students to participate in this dialogue as we work together to eliminate stigma around disability and develop innovative, forward-thinking ways to make post-secondary education more accessible and inclusive for everyone.
