This year’s conference theme is purpose. Rooted in supporting Black students’ success and celebrating the culture, Black Flourishing brings our community to the forefront. Through inspiring speakers, interactive sessions, and special performances, participants will explore self-discovery, purpose-driven living, creative careers, Black wellness and what it means to thrive. Participants will also gain the tools to make bolder decisions, redefine labels and ignite passions that truly move them. Special guests include, Kayla Grey, Manassa, Lexsonator, & DJ Hangaëlle.
The conference also includes a free Portrait Studio for Black students, staff and faculty in need of a social media refresh. You won’t want to miss our crowd-favourite Networking Dinner filled with the sounds and flavours of the diaspora, provided by Celebrity Chef, Hassan’s Kitchen.
