The iBEST Visiting Lecturer Series is honoured to host Dr. Leyla Soleymani, Professor at McMaster University.
In her lecture, “Electrochemical and Functional Nucleic Acids – Key Tools for Next-generation Biosensing," Dr. Soleymani will discuss the growing need for frequent and reliable biomarker monitoring, outline key technological gaps in current biosensing approaches, and demonstrate how functional nucleic acids combined with electrochemical methods can help address these challenges.
