Dance Fitness:
Need a brain boost & destressor at the same time? Then move and smile in this short but high-energy Dance Fitness class! Set to upbeat music and easy-to-follow choreography, this class blends dance styles with fitness-based movement to get your body moving, recharge your brain & reduce your stress, all while having fun in a supportive and welcoming environment! No dance experience required, just bring a positive attitude. Come as you are and leave feeling energized and uplifted!
