Youth for Innocence & Pen for Justice Info Session

Are you passionate about justice and making a tangible impact? Youth for Innocence and Pen for Justice are dedicated to supporting some of the most vulnerable members of society—those who have been wrongfully convicted. Wrongful incarceration is a pressing issue in North America, and real lives depend on advocacy and action.

At this session, you’ll learn about our work in case investigation, legal education, and advocacy efforts. Our members summarize trial transcripts (RT notes), assist attorneys, and work toward exoneration efforts—all while gaining hands-on experience with criminal law.

 No legal knowledge required—just commitment and drive.
 Membership Expectations: At least two hours per week with Pen for Justice and one mandatory in-person meeting (with flexible time slots).
