Professor Andreas Kitzmann has written widely on the impact of communications technology on the construction and practice of identity, electronic communities, and the influence of new media on narrative conventions. Other interests include the intersections between design, architecture and experience and the role that memory plays in the construction of individual and collective identity. Research interests include: Culture and Cultural Studies , Arts and Culture, Technology and Culture, Digital Technology and Culture, Design Architecture, Consumer Culture, Popular Culture, Life Writing and The Internet, Media, Technology and Culture
