Dr. Karim El Mokhtari
Biography:
Karim El Mokhtari received a Ph.D. degree from the University of Littoral Côte d’Opale, Calais, France in 2015 in Computer Sciences, Signal Processing and Control, holds an Engineer's degree in the Electrical Engineering from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Electricité et de Mécanique, Casablanca, Morocco in 1995. Assistant Professor in the Electrical Engineering department at the Faculty of Sciences and Technologies of Tangier, Morocco for 23 years. His research interests include estimation theory, vehicle and robot localization, statistical filtering, and machine learning. 20 years of experience as a consultant with significant contributions to many industrial projects in the areas of driver behavior analysis, car accident reconstruction, telematics-driven insurance, and logistics in the automotive industry.
