Biography:
Emir Kavurmacioglu is a post-doctoral research fellow at Ryerson University's Data Science Lab. He received his Ph.D. in Systems Engineering from Boston University in 2016. His research interests are cognitive radios, dynamic spectrum assignment, applied machine learning methods in spectrum prediction, generative models and reinforcement learning.
