Cole Sabaot

Cole Sabaot is a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) who serves as a People Analytics and Job Evaluation Specialist with Durham Regional Police Service. Across several progressive HR roles spanning banking, telecommunications, education, and the public sector, he has focused on building workplaces that enhance the human experience and foster inclusive, high-performing cultures.

Cole’s impact at the Ted Rogers School of Management is both deep and sustained. He serves as a TedPack Alumni Mentor and Tri-Mentoring Career Mentor; speaks at student clubs and HRM events; judges case competitions; and facilitates career preparation programs that bridge classroom learning with real-world HR practice. From one-on-one coffee chats to representing TMU at recruitment events, he consistently supports students and emerging alumni at the Ted Rogers School, giving back with gratitude to the community that helped shape his own journey.
