Christina Kramer

Christina Kramer is a leader in the financial sector and a proud graduate of TMU’s Business Management program in 1990. As Senior Executive Vice-President and Group Head of Technology, Infrastructure and Innovation at CIBC, she oversees the bank’s global technology operations. Her work ensures the seamless and secure functioning of the bank, while also driving innovation that transforms how CIBC serves its clients and supports its teams. Since joining CIBC in 1987, Christina has held a variety of senior roles across retail banking, business banking, and human resources. Prior to her current position, she served as Group Head of Personal and Small Business Banking. Known for her inclusive leadership and strategic vision, Christina leads with a commitment to empowering her team and helping clients achieve their ambitions.
