Indigenous-Industry Partnerships

This course investigates the concept of “economic reconciliation”, from public-private partnerships (PPPs) to joint ventures and revenue sharing agreements. It examines how Indigenous nations engage with corporations, governments, and NGOs to advance their rights. Students will evaluate partnership structures, ethical considerations, and the benefits and challenges of partnerships with industry.
