Private Equity

In this course, students learn the language and methods of private markets; study key players in the private equity industry and their interactions; learn the process of buying, managing, and selling a portfolio company; and study impact investing and how environmental, social, and corporate governance factors influence investing and financing decisions. This course will help students plan careers in private markets based on industry trends and opportunities and learn skills and governance requirements to implement private market strategies.
