Conflict Resolution

Students examine the theory and practice of conflict resolution from a multi-dimensional perspective. It includes the interpersonal sphere, conflict resolution between groups, as well as international conflict resolution. Students are introduced to the concepts of mediation, negotiation and non-violent resistance. The course includes experiential learning in the form of negotiation simulations.
