Tentative agreement reached with OPSEU 596

We are pleased to announce the university has reached a tentative agreement with OPSEU 596 subject to ratification by the union membership and the Board of Governors. 

CUPE 233 bargaining continues 

Negotiations with CUPE 233 continue this week with an initial mediation date scheduled for April 12.

While the university continues to be hopeful that an agreement will be reached, contingency planning continues in the event of a CUPE 233 labour disruption.
