History of the Spanish Language
An exploration of the history of Spanish from its Latin origins to its current use in Spain, Latin America, and around the world. The norms, variations, and present-day grammatical structure of Modern Spanish will be studied. Students will analyze the language and the cultural context of a variety of texts.
