Measuring Transformation
This course introduces planning and evaluation techniques and strategies for Indigenous governments engaged in program development and service delivery. As Indigenous communities assume greater authority in government services, students will explore methods of measuring the effectiveness of governance transformation while developing the tools to hold other levels of government accountable.
