e-Government
Deployment of information and communication technologies (ICTs) in public administration has influenced the state's internal operations, modes of service delivery, and interactions between the state and society. The course examines e-government policy, e-administration, e-service, and e-democracy. It also investigates key challenges e-government faces: privacy and security, digital divide, and legal infrastructure.
