Clinical 5: Transition to Practice
Students will advance their knowledge of entry to practice competencies in all nine domains with emphasis on the leader, advocate, educator and scholar in a complex health-related setting. Emphasis is placed on refinement of critical thinking skills, evidence-informed practice, application of leadership and change theory to practice, and in-depth self-reflection, to prepare students for transition to practice as a graduate nurse. Students will provide care in increasingly complex situations and across care transitions.
