Ethics and Leadership

Students will examine ethical issues and decision making in healthcare at the practitioner-client relationship and broader social and system levels. The nurse's role in providing ethical leadership and facilitating change will be explored in the current political, economic and social complexities of healthcare systems. Research, theory, concepts and evidence-based guidelines will inform the development of professional ethical leadership practice.
