This course explores the critical role of sales and customer service representatives as connectors within the print and digital media industries. Key topics include building customer relationships, developing targeted selling strategies, understanding media formats and markets, competitive and customer intelligence, and the consultative sales process. Emphasis is placed on trust-building, communication, and presentation skills, as well as strategies for professional self-promotion and extending the reach of customer service practices.
