Project Management

Creative Industries typically organize their work into discrete projects. This course introduces students to the 8 project performance domains, and related models, methods, and artifacts, as described in the latest edition of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK): Development Approach and Life Cycle, Stakeholders, Teams, Planning, Project Work, Delivery, Measurement, and Uncertainty. Students will demonstrate their understanding of the performance domains in both individual and group assignments, analysis of case studies, and real-time examples.
