Objective
Project Waste Management
Description
Once a week, we check supplies for various types of sealants used on aircraft.
Once a month, create an Excel graph to show the quantity of each sealant in the facility, to show if supplies are being used or wasted.
Every week, hundreds upon hundres of sealants are thrown out prior to their expiration date.
Each sealant varies in price from $5 USD to $95 USD.

Impact on Industry
In order to solve the problems:
We ordered smaller containers and quantities of each sealant to prevent wastage.
We found multiple sealants that provided the same purpose under two different names, so we got rid of on to save space and money.
