Important Policies
- The DCC residence front desk/main floor is located on the 8th floor of the building.
- External doors to the building are locked daily, guests to scan hotel key or use intercom to gain access to the building.
- All room keys must be returned at departure, a $10 fee applies for unreturned or lost keys.

- Refund not available for any funds remaining on the card
- Laundry detergent not provided
