Aarathy Pathmanathan is an undergraduate student at Toronto Metropolitan University, pursuing an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a Minor in Human Resources, graduating in June 2026. She plans to continue her graduate studies in Psychotherapy with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Aarathy currently serves as a Research Instructor at the CMIC Lab, where she supports multiple research studies by coordinating participant recruitment, obtaining informed consent, and facilitating data collection in accordance with ethical research standards. She contributes to transcription and verification of audio and video recordings, and maintains organized research databases to ensure accuracy and continuity across projects. This role has strengthened her expertise in ethical research practices, teamwork, and data management.
