Community members are welcome to attend town halls on the Presidential Search.

The search for Toronto Metropolitan University’s next president and vice-chancellor is underway

The search is being led by the Presidential Search Committee whose responsibilities include identifying the ideal qualities and characteristics of TMU’s next President and Vice-Chancellor, overseeing the work of the search firm and reviewing  potential candidates.

As part of the consultation process, the Presidential Search Committee is hosting  town halls and soliciting community feedback via survey.

Insights gathered from town hall attendees and survey respondents will help the Presidential Search Committee as it considers the university’s future direction and leadership needs.

Both the town halls and the survey will explore opportunities and challenges for TMU, priorities for the next President and qualities of the ideal candidate.
