Next steps in review of Appointment of Academic Administrators Policy and Procedures
More information about the review process can be found on the AAA review website.
Over the past year, the Office of the Vice-Provost, Faculty Affairs (OVPFA) has undertaken a review of the Appointment of Academic Administrators (AAA) Policy and Procedures. This review involved formal consultations with the Toronto Metropolitan University community regarding ways in which the current policy and procedures may be improved.
Community feedback is an important part of the review process. In addition to six meetings with various stakeholders across the TMU community, a virtual town hall took place on Monday, January 30, 2023. All TMU community members were invited to attend and also had the opportunity to provide feedback via a feedback form.
Review and provide feedback by November 20
Taking into consideration the feedback received from community members, the AAA (PDF file) Policy and (PDF file) Procedures have been updated.
Community members are invited to review and provide feedback on the proposed changes through this (google form) online feedback form (external link) by Monday, November 20. A high-level summary of the proposed changes can be viewed on the OVPFA website.
If you have any questions about this process, please contact the OVPFA at vpfa@torontomu.ca.
