Provost and Vice-President, Academic Jennifer Simpson shares the names of the individuals who have been appointed to the search committee for the chief librarian.

I am pleased to share the composition of the search committee for the chief librarian. My sincerest thanks to all committee members for their willingness to serve, as well as all nominees for participating in this important process.

The committee will meet very soon to begin the search for the university's next chief librarian.

I would like to thank Carol Shepstone for her outstanding leadership of the library and her contributions to our community over the last five years. I have valued the opportunity to work with Dr. Shepstone over the last year, and have especially appreciated her vision regarding the role that a library can play for the university community as well as in public life.
