Operations JHSC
The Operations JHSC covers the safety-sensitive operational spaces such as commercial kitchens, mechanical equipment rooms, maintenance workshops, warehouse areas and other industrial spaces occupied by employees in areas such as Food Services, Facilities Management and Development and TMU Security. They review operational-related policies and training.
Examples:
- Catering’s commercial kitchen
- The chiller plants and mechanical penthouses
- Delivery, snow removal and landscaping vehicles
- Electrical rooms, machine rooms and elevator rooms
- Loading areas and Shipping & Receiving
- Maintenance workshops
- Rooftops and the Urban Farm
