This is a hybrid event! We encourage you to join us in person on January 30 for this timely and important presentation and to dialogue with forum speakers and their community partners in an intimate setting.

This collaborative research team will present their SSHRC funded project entitled "A Symposium and Webinar Series on Homelessness during Pregnancy,” and share the results of:

  1. a gender-based analysis + approach highlighting the distinct experiences of homelessness pregnant women and gender diverse people.
  2. an animation video created as a knowledge mobilization and advocacy tool to highlight the issue of homelessness during pregnancy.
  3. a one-day symposium held in Toronto in June 2023 that engaged a highly diverse audience focused on people’s lived experiences.
