Registration Fees

The following registration fees apply for the 2025 Annual 2SLGBTQ+ in STEM Conference:

  • Students (Undergraduate & Graduate): $100
  • Postdoctoral Fellows & Early-Career Professionals (≤5 years post-degree): $130
  • Faculty,  Alumni, and Established Professionals (>5 years post-degree or equivalent experience): $260

Getting to the Conference

The 6th Annual Canadian 2SLGBTQ+ in STEM conference will be held at Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU) in Toronto, Ontario from June 4- 7th, 2025.

By Air 

For those flying in, the nearest airport is Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ). The UP Express train provides a convenient route from the airport to Union Station in downtown Toronto. Adult (13-64) tickets are $12.35 one way. From Union Station, you can easily take the TTC subway to reach TMU.

By Train

Union Station is the primary train hub in Toronto; and from there, TMU is easily accessible by subway. You can take the TTC to Dundas Station, which is within walking distance of the campus.

By Car

If you plan to drive to the event, detailed parking information is available on TMU's website. Please note that parking fees will apply, and the conference will not cover these costs.

Residences

TMU will be offering on-campus residence accommodations for conference attendees. These residences are located within walking distance of all conference venues.

In addition to residences, TMU is also pleased to offer several hotel options. These accommodations are available at a discounted rate exclusively for conference participants and are conveniently located near TMU and public transit.

  • Single or Double Occupancy: CA$289.00 per night.

To access this exclusive rate, guests must identify themselves as part of the conference when booking.

Please note: To receive the discounted group rate, reservations must be made at least 30 days prior to the conference.
