Participatory Action Research

A participatory process is a vital and essential approach that recognizes youth’s expertise with regard to their lived experience. Researchers and youth worked collaboratively to generate new ideas that may have helped to enhance mental health and resilience to ultimately improve the circumstances of these young peoples’ lives.
