Arc Modules
Arc Module, a modular church-seating prototype, investigates the need for flexibility, multi-functional use, and barrier-free and ergonomic design issues in a church setting. As the diverse activities that take place in a church evolve with the community needs, space planning for such diversity proposes a cross-disciplinary design challenge.

Arc Modules, while maintaining the formal setting of a church when required, allows for customization of the seating layout and the aisle widths to accommodate diverse functions and provide a universally accessible environment.

The molded plywood seating provides lumbar support for added comfort to the users. Removable cushions can be customized to match the desired interior ambiance of a church.
