Refunds to accounts on your OneCard must be requested by emailing onecard@torontomu.ca.

TMU Eats (TMUEats)

Administrative fee

  • 5% if the refund amount is over $50
  • $2.50 if the amount is under $50

Dine and Vend

Administrative fee

  • 5% if the refund amount is over $50
  • $2.50 if the amount is under $50

Non-refundable accounts

  • Meal plans
  • Block plans
  • Bonus dollars
  • Copy account
