Sara D'Elia

Sara D'Elia is an accomplished HR executive with a strong foundation in finance and marketing. She graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance, with a Minor in Marketing, from TMU in 2011, earning Dean’s Distinction for leadership and serving as Class President. Sara currently serves as Chief People Officer at RPIA. Previously, at CIBC, she held key roles, including Associate Vice President, Human Resources, where she led HR advisory teams across Retail Distribution, Corporate Banking, and Investment Banking. She is known for driving organizational transformation and fostering a culture of excellence.
