Mood Routes is Toronto Metropolitan’s campus-wide walking and rolling program. Join us on accessible weekly routes to and through nearby greenspaces. Research increasingly shows that moving in the outdoors reduces stress, improves concentration, bolsters creative problem-solving, and builds community.
