In an era when government transparency and accountability are fundamental values, does Cabinet secrecy still have a place? Join Yan Campagnolo and Mel Cappe as they explore this issue. Yan Campagnolo is Associate Professor in the Faculty of Law at the University of Ottawa and author of the recent book, Behind Closed Doors: The Law and Politics of Cabinet Secrecy. Mel Cappe is a former Clerk of the Privy Council, Secretary to the Cabinet and Head of the Public Service in Ottawa. Currently, he is a Distinguished Fellow at the Munk School of Global Affairs and Public Policy at the University of Toronto.
