
Dr. Annika Hillebrandt
Overview
Dr. Annika Hillebrandt is an Associate Professor in the department of Human Resources Management and Organizational Behaviour in the Ted Rogers School of Management. Her research focuses primarily on behavioural ethics (e.g., outcomes of unethical workplace behaviour), organizational justice (e.g., employee fairness perceptions), and emotions in the workplace. Dr. Hillebrandt’s research has been presented at international conferences and published in top-tier journals including the Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Journal of Business Ethics, and Human Relations. Her research is supported by grants from the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada (SSHRC) and she has received numerous academic honours and awards. She also serves on the editorial review boards of the Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Organizational Behavior, and Journal of Business Ethics, and received the 2022 Best Reviewer Award from the Academy of Management Journal.
