“Let’s Talk About Us” - Well-being Group for Black-identified Students

Student Integrated Health and Wellbeing is running a 5-week group that will explore and affirm the complexity, humanity, and emotional wellbeing of Black students in a soft and supportive space.

Facilitated by Black staff, students can expect to connect with peers, discover practical wellbeing strategies, and embrace lighthearted joy!

Snacks & refreshments will be provided.

Are you trying to cope with the stress of being a student? Wondering how to take care of your mental and physical health? Connect with us and learn about stress management, how to support your wellbeing, and ‘completing the stress cycle’. Develop a self-care plan and set yourself up for success. Come talk to us about effective ways to manage your stress.
