  • Amy Perez Casey Black Student Award For Access to Education - For a Black student who has demonstrated financial need and is a First Generation student
  • Black Faculty and Staff Community Network Award for Student Leadership - Recognizes a Black student for their academic achievements and community leadership both on and off the university campus
  • Black Student Leadership Award - For Black-identified  students who have made a strong contribution to their community (at the university & beyond)
  • Blockorama & Blackness Yes! Scholarship - Recognizes a student who identifies as Queer, Trans or Gender Non-Conforming who shows community and/or academic work that aligns with the Blackness Yes! mandate such as work that focuses on or centres or touches the lives of Black and Queer/Trans/Gender Non-Conforming peoples/community
  • BMO Financial Group Diversity Scholarship - For students from traditionally underrepresented groups including women, visible minorities, international students, students with disabilities and Aboriginal students
  • Caribbean First Generation Award - For a first generation student who is of Black, Caribbean or West Indian Caribbean descent (including Guyana); not an International Student
  • COMMA Book Award - A Faculty of Arts award for students who self-identify as being from a racialized group, or who self-identify as being an Aboriginal (Metis, Inuit, First Nations, status and non-status) person
  • Denise O'Neil Green Student Leadership Award - For students who self identify as a woman who is Black, African Canadian or has Black/African Canadian ancestry
  • Marc Castillo/Filipino Canadian Association Award for Student Engagement - Recognizes first generation students who are actively engaged in strengthening the Filipino community in Toronto
  • Northside Hip Hop Archive/Fantastic Voyage Radio Show Award - For students who identify as Black (including those that identify as Afro-Caribbean or African-Canadian) to encourage Black students to explore careers related to Black music
  • Parnell-Khan Bursary for Equity-Deserving Students - For students who self-identify as Indigenous, a person with a disability, a racialized person, a woman, Black, Asian-Pacific Islander, Latinx, 2SLGBTQ+, or Trans
  • Spectra Award - For students who are a current and active member of a Rams team or club, and who identify as one of the following: First Generation; International; Students with Disabilities; Racialized Groups, or Indigenous
  • Sonia Marryshow Black Scholar Award - A Faculty of Arts award that celebrates Black women in higher education (Sociology graduate Bianca Marryshow established and named this award in honour of her mum, Sonia Marryshow, who always supported Bianca's commitment to higher education, and encouraged her to lead with love)
  • Strength of a Woman Caribbean Student Award - A Faculty of Arts award that recognizes a first-year female student who is from Caribbean heritage
  • Sumaya Dalmar Award - For a student who identifies as trans and racialized (established by Sociology graduate Lali Mohamed and others in tribute to Sumaya Dalmar, a Somali-Canadian transgender activist who passed away in 2015)
  • Viola Desmond Bursary - For a student who self-identifies as a Black, African, or African-Canadian female
