Reprinting a Report

This session will walk through the process of reprinting a report to a network printer.

Note: New network printers are set-up by CCS.  Please contact CCS if you would like your printer to be a network printer. If you are not sure if your printer is setup in oracle already please contact our RUFIShelp desk at ext.2688.

Your cursor needs to be on the line for the report you would like to reprint.

Select the Request ID that you would like to reprint.  For our example select Request ID 2589098

Select the Reprint/Republish... menu option.

You need to make sure a valid printer is selected. If you have a default printer already setup in oracle it will already be listed here.

If not you need to search for you printer.

Click the Search for Printer button.

Enter "fin%" into the Search By field.

Leave the print style as the default and change the number in the Copies field to a valid value e.g. "1".

Click the OK button to close the Confirmation note.

A Microsoft Internet Explorer information box will launch with the following question: "Do you want to close this window?"

Click the Yes button.

Click the Refresh Data button to view if your concurrent request for the Reprint has completed. You many need to click on this button a number of times to ensure the request completes.

The request will go through the following phases-pending/running/completed.

Click on the Refresh Data button.

The Republish and Reprint Request browser will launch.

Quick Select printer fin1txt
