Judy Paisley is the graduate program director for the School of Nutrition and teaches in the Master of Health Science in Nutrition Communication program. As a dietitian, Paisley’s work focuses on enhancing the quality of dietetic education and practical training experiences for students and preceptors. Towards that end, she provided leadership in creation of the Professional Master’s Diploma in Dietetics offered through partnerships with St. Michael’s Hospital and North York General Hospital. As a researcher, she is interested in the use of mixed methodologies to understand people's food experiences in Canada’s complex social and cultural environment.
