**This workshop is hosted by the Office of the Vice-President, Research and Innovation.**

A researcher’s “pipeline” refers to the advancement of research projects from idea to publication and data management. As a faculty member, one of the most challenging aspects of your research career is managing your pipeline and ensuring that it is maintained. This includes looking at new funding opportunities, having the requisite HQP to undertake projects at the right time, producing research outputs and establishing a coherent body of work.

This pipeline planning session will feature best practices from experienced researchers as well as OVPRI staff. During this workshop, you will receive the Research and Development Project Planning (RDPP) tool to assist you in developing and achieving your research program.
