Jenny is an Educational Developer providing support primarily on classroom assessment, program evaluation, teaching effectiveness, and scholarship of teaching and learning (SoTL) projects. She holds a PhD in Education from Queen's University and is OCT certified. Her own research examines how educators in different contexts can be supported in developing their role-related identities to grow their practice and role satisfaction. She currently teaches in the University of Toronto's Master of Teaching program.
