Joshua Henderson is Senior Litigation Counsel at Aviva Trial Lawyers, specializing in subrogation and insurance defence. Joshua was Certified as a Specialist in Civil Litigation in 2017 and has taught Civil Litigation at the Lincoln Alexander School of Law since 2021.
Joshua obtained his B.Sc. (Hons.) from the University of Waterloo in 2007, his J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2007, and his A.L.M. from Harvard in 2018. In 2024, he published Canadian Insurance Defence with Lexis Nexis and is currently working on the second edition.
