At TMU, compensation extends beyond just a monetary amount. We provide assistance on a wide range of compensation topics that includes salary, recognition and awards and organizational structure.

What we do

We ensure good governance through the management of a wide range of group benefit and retirement plans including:

• health and dental plans;
• life insurance;
• the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB);
• pension plans; and
• RRSPs and TFSAs.

This requires us to coordinate with our third party providers and to provide assistance, information and advice to managers, employees and retirees.
