Generate a report

Action

1. 

Click the Reporting menu.

2. 

Click the People menu.

3. 

Click an award in the list.

4. 

Select the status of the award for your report. In this example, click the Submitted list item.

 

The definitions of statuses are listed here:

Submitted

Awarded

Closed

Release

 

5. 

Click in the Start Date field.

6. 

Click the Month link.

7. 

Click the Day link.

8. 

Select the end date for this report.

 

For the most current information for the report, click the Today field

9. 

Click the Generate Report button.

10. 

Click the Save button.

11. 

Click the Open button.

 

If you are using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox, open your Downloads folder to see the file.

A single nomination package is identified by having the same number for each row. In this report, there are two nomination packages (nomination package #8 and #9).

 

You can see how each row displays a different employee and their role for that nomination, along with their department and contact information.
